You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. 2. Course Enrollment and Fees: Enrollment in our courses and workshops is subject to availability and acceptance of your registration. Fees for courses and workshops are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Apex Learning Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses and workshops due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Apex Learning Academy, you will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in another course or workshop of equal value. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by the student less than 14 days before the start of the course or workshop. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.

Intellectual Property: All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Apex Learning Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on our Services, except as expressly permitted in writing by Apex Learning Academy. The use of our trademarks, service marks, and logos without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
